We were there for 2 nights, overall had an excellent stay. The location was great, about 15-minute walk into town.

The location was particularly good and magnificent: a market and stores were within walking distance. The room we had included climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. The staff was professional and helpful, everything was great.

I liked my stay at this excellent hotel, large rooms. My room included a safe box, cable channels, and a refrigerator. - There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me. - the venue's position was exceptionally nice and magnificent, in the middle of Unaizah. - Also, there was Unizah Mall, set within a 5-minute drive.

The room is nice, the bed is comfy, and the location is wonderful, close to cafes open until late at night and within walking distance to various dining venues, pharmacies.

Room cleanliness and design were superb, and the location was perfect for my business needs. The staff kindly offered me a late checkout and free coffee to make up for the check-in delay.

The breakfast options were limited, and the noise level in the café at night was distracting. the view from my room was unappealing, and the bathroom floor would become flooded while showering.

The bathroom drainage system needs to be improved as it can be quite frustrating to have to call room service for mopping every time you take a shower.

Great Thanksgiving Experience! I stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving weekend and I absolutely loved it! the staff was really friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. the location was great! It was close to all the amazing Thanksgiving events and activities. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious!
